Actually , this is my first time to hear about reiki healing and after reading the book, I found out that this is a another holistic approach to heal the body and mind.This book encourages the reader to practice this form of healing through some basic illustrations found in the book. I tried the exercises myself and I got that relaxing effect in my body and mind as well. I think this could be good start for a positive transformation of one's body and mind.

This is a great book for beginner through experienced practitioners. REIKI is an ancient modality that is still used today, as is the use of psychic, Mari brings these two together in a way the will ultimately allow you to heal anyone anywhere at anytime.

This is an interesting reading of gaining new healing method. Through this book I was able to find a new way of healing method that could adopt to traditional and modern medical treatments. This healing system should be learned and practice because of its benefits as it is not only limited to a physical or mental help but also in terms of emotional and spiritual. I am blessed to have found and discover this healing system through this book.
