This book made no sense, it had a cliffhanger previous book that was not resolved, everything was just magically solved and the characters had moved on. The two main characters are idiots, they have a serious communication issue and cannot resolve anything without dramatically flying off the handle. Not sure this author has ever been pregnant or around a pregnant person but, I'd say the majority of us have no issue controlling our hormones. sSome very toxic relationships all around! Another cliffhanger ending in this book in order to force you to seek resolution in the third book. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to feel dumber at the end of it. Also it shouldn't be all that hard to translate a book between languages without huge grammar errors.

3.75stars- THIS DAY is the second instalment in the contemporary, adult 365 DAYS erotic, dark romance series by Blanka Lipinska focusing on twenty-nine year old, Polish born Laura Biel, and thirty-two year old, Sicilian Don Massimo Torricelli. The premise is captivating and riveting; the romance is aggressive and impassioned; the characters are determined, charismatic and desperate-there is a true Stockholm Syndrome relationship

***3.5 Star Review*** I saw a lot of reviews that this was not a great book to dive into. I almost just left on my TBR because I was not sure if I would finish the book. But I did make it through book one and I loved the story line with a 5 star review. The translation was a bit wonky between both books, but I was able to get through to them. The reason This Day got a lower review from me is because there was some parts that made me felt like we were stuck on an issue or a tantrum. There was a lot of misunderstandings and Laura would easily run. Massimo does not change, but I feel he is still loves Laura with the only way he knows how. Not much was said about the cliff hanger we had with book one. The subject was touched on but it was skimmed through pretty fast. The only part that had me on the edge was Massimo's last words that leave us with another cliff hanger for book three. This Day kept me reading from the beginning to the end. I just wished the story line was a little more full circle instead of some gaps of unknowns.
