It was an easy enjoyable read. Might read the series, not sure yet. I was also surprised to find three typos. That's always distracting.

I am on a fixed income so for me getting books I have to wait till they are free. I would recommend this book, but I suggest you get the whole series cuz you don't want to feel cheated!!

Apart from the great story? Is that I've read every book you've mentioned and loved them! I must admit that the book that really got me started (after the Mills and boon period that is..) was Ring world by Larry Niven. The very thought of aliens and a world that was literally wrapped around its 'sun' was mind boggling! Lol
