Good book if you want to be inspired by a couple bros or if you're starting to get onto the fitness journey. Very interesting how there's so much at play in terms of losing weight, which include hormone manipulation and eating timing. The book is basically divided into a mental mindset section and then (I believe) the real meat and potatoes of the book: the training/eating regimen. I personally learned a lot reading that second part. Bravo!

I am already on day three and the weight is literally dropping off.. Watch your salt!! Day two I had pickles, and cottage cheese as part of my meal plan. I found out the next morning when I checked my calorie counter I. Had 4x the rda of salt!! Splitting headache, it seems for me my salt sensitivity shot way up... I also get satiated on tiny portions now so I have problems eating the 2000 calories allocated to me.. Anyways these guys have it nailed - it's the hormonal resets that will knock you weight off.

I see a lot about this being just for beginners or intermediates. That's just not true. It offers a great way for anyone to change things up a bit. Full body weight training circuits are a very solid way to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
