Emily believes in addressing the root cause medical issues and using natural therapies either alone or in conjunction with conventional western medicine. Her passion for using both science and nature to address medical conditions started from a young age.

After years of feeling unwell, despite being on medication for her thyroid, Emily was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease, an autoimmune disorder. Using natural therapies and changes in diet and lifestyle she has dramatically improved her health and has effectively balanced her hormones. Combining training in Naturopathic Medicine with her love of food and natural therapies she has been able to help countless patients improve thyroid symptoms.
