About this ebook

Secrets, scandals, forbidden crushes, and a Halloween dance—what could possibly go wrong?

Brooklyn Prescott’s first event as the new school liaison is at risk of being a complete disaster when Halloween costumes–and the dance–are banned by the school.

A new challenge accepted: Eager to prove herself, Brooklyn takes on the dean to make the dance happen. After all, opportunities to meet up with the boys from the Westwood Academy are few and far between.

A friendship turns awkward: Brooklyn’s forced to work closely with Dave, the neglected and hot boyfriend of her roommate.

Secrets are unfolding: While juggling classes and equestrian practice, Brooklyn stumbles upon a secret about her mysterious, broody coach that could ruin his career—and expose more than just school gossip.

Nothing is as it seems: Jared’s gone missing, a growing web of lies, and new friends with big secrets make Brooklyn question who she can trust at Rosewood.

Will Brooklyn dare to unmask the truth or put on a mask of her own to survive the chaos?

Reading this series just keeps you wanting more. I keep reading because I want to know what is going to happen next with all the characters. I really enjoy the fact that the author has kept the story at a G/PG level. It's refreshing to read something so clean cut, without a bunch of sex getting in the way of the story. I can comfortably share this book with young teenagers or even my mom.

It would be nice if each books plot stood alone instead of starting a new plot and leaving you to finish it by purchasing the next book. The author needs faith in their story and in their reader to buy the next book. Only complaint.

This is the second book in the series, and could easily be a standalone version on its own. I was captivated by the different twists that keep amping up the outcome. A true intriguing event in the making
