I found this a hard read honestly. The supposed andel Cedric seems to be a masochist. Controlling, narcissistic, and mentally abusive. Not in a way that makes for a good read ether, as the main character Aria seems sheltered and clueless, and falls easily into his manipulation, again, not in a good read kind of way. I doubt I will finish this book, and DO NOT recommend for young/teen readers as it promotes a VERY unhealthy relationship dynamic, that is demeaning to women. I am not a feminist or anything, but this book series has me shook, in a BAD way!

Archangel's Fire is book two of The Cursed Angels series about Aria and her suitors. The characters are interesting, the story is well written with unexpected twists, drama, action, suspense and an ending that left me wanting more. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series to find out what happens next. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Archangel’s Fire by Anna Santos is the second book in The Cursed Angel Series. In this book, a young woman named Aria has become involved with an Angel Prince named Cedric. Cedric wants her to choose him as her mate and accept her angelic side and become the angelic queen to his king. But there is a problem, Aria has a previous mate named Phillippe who is the vampire king who is still in love with her but pushed her away because he wants what’s best for her. I loved reading this book because it is a compelling romance involving one young woman and two very different men who both want her to pick each of them as her mate. I was enthralled with the plot and the way the characters were written. I think that anyone who enjoys any type of paranormal romance will love this book as much as I do. Archangel’s Fire is a compelling tale of two men who are fighting over a woman’s love.
