I have been reading Matthew Reilly's books since my early teens and I just absolutely adore them. This is no exception. I love the versatility Matthew applies to his writing, his bravery at trying something new. His fail-proof, action packed, adrenalin filled, fast paced writing never disappoints and always leaves the reader craving more! Time to re-read the entire collection again!

An adventure of a young nimble and inventive tribesman to the home of fearsome trolls in the quest to save his sister from a disease spreading through his tribe. On his quest he discovers a will, strength and knowledge he had believed in but not had the opportunity to display until now.

This book is in the same league as all his others, and I have read most of them. The story is gripping from start to finish. It had me enthralled from the beginning. This is a fantastic book. PS. Edward Grieg's 'In the Hall of the Mountain King' is one of my favourite pieces of music.
