About this ebook

The Sports Superstars series brings you the story of the incredible life of Formula 1 superstar and three-time World Champion Max Verstappen. The Red Bull superstar is currently the man in pole position on the F1 circuit as others including Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Daniel Riccardo and seven-time world champion line up on the grid, ready to battle for the crown in the 2024 season.

Packed with cool F1 facts, delightfully fun illustrations and inspirational quotes, this easy-to-read F1 children's book follows Verstappen's meteoric rise from a go-Kart racing champion to the subsequent championship wins that have made him a living legend.

The Sports Superstars series is a spin-off from the hugely popular Football Superstars series, aimed at building a love of reading from age 6+, with fun cartoons, inspirational stories, a simple narrative style and a cast of characters chipping in with quotes, jokes and comments. For F1 fans, check out Hamilton Rules too, whose move to Ferrari in 2025 is likely to reignite the wheel-to-wheel battle with Verstappen.
