"One of my most treasured books that changed my life is Lester's Keys to the Ultimate Freedom. It features Lester's words and insights drawn from decades of his teachings, and it is the only book that sits on my bedside table. Unfortunately the book has been out of print for a long time, but Hale Dwoskin has taken all of Lester's teachings from Keys to the Ultimate Freedom and put them in this new book, along with many of the releasing methods from the Sedona Method. You have the best of Lester's teachings and his methods in this one book, and if freedom and joy are what you seek, I couldn't recommend this book more. I used the Sedona Method occasionally over a ten-year period and found enormous benefit from it. Then, when I met my teacher -- who was a student of Lester Levenson's -- four years ago, Lester's releasing methods became a crucial part of my everyday life and my awakening."

Lester Levenson was a man who mastered life’s greatest challenge. In 1952 at age forty-two, Lester, a physicist and successful entrepreneur, was at the pinnacle of worldly success, yet he was an unhappy and very unhealthy man. So unhealthy that after having a second coronary, his doctors sent him home to his Central Park South penthouse apartment in New York City to die. Lester was a man who loved challenges, so instead of giving up, he decided to go back to the lab within himself and find some answers.
Because of Lester’s determination and concentration, he was able to cut through his conscious mind to find all the answers. What he found first was a way of letting go of all inner limitations. Lester was so excited by his discovery that he used it intensively on himself for a period of three months. He then discovered the ultimate Truth of who and what we all are. At the end of that period, his body became totally healthy again, and he entered a state of profound peace that he never left through the day he died on January 18, 1994.
After Lester’s awakening, he dedicated the remaining forty-two years of his life to helping others discover what he had discovered, including inspiring the creation of the world-renowned Sedona Method course. He is also a featured teacher in Rhonda Byrne’s The Greatest Secret book. Several of the other featured teachers, including Rhonda’s anonymous teacher, are students of Lester’s teachings.
As part of being the designated heir to all of Lester Levenson’s teachings, Hale Dwoskin has dedicated more than four decades to teaching and sharing the Sedona Method all over the world. His life has been focused on helping people alleviate their suffering and discover the Truth of who or what they are. Hale is the New York Times best-selling author of The Sedona Method. He is one of the featured teachers of the book and movie phenomenon The Secret as well as a featured teacher in The Greatest Secret. He is also featured in the movie Letting Go.
He is the cofounder of Sedona Training Associates, an organization created to promote the emotional releasing techniques inspired by his friend, mentor, and teacher Lester Levenson. He is also as a founding member of the Transformational Leadership Council.
