About the author
Sanjeev Sharma-Born in Krishna's holy city Mathura (Ole) in a zamindar family, the author is a graduate from Agra University, a disciple of the fifth Guru of the Kriya Yoga tradition Shri Shailendra Sharma and a compound interpreter of his book Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Hindi translator of Gorakhbodh. He is currently serving in the Central Service and is a Naturopath, Sujok Acupressure and Auricular Doctor and a Reiki Grand Master. Manju Vashistha -The author was born in Mathura the holy land of Krishna, abode Kota Rajasthan. She had the privilege of becoming the disciple of Shri Shailendra Sharma Ji, the fifth Guru of the Kriya Yoga tradition. With the support of her family, she developed an interest in writing and, social, cultural, health related articles were published in various newspapers, magazines. She studied at the Agra University and has a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga and is a Reiki Grand Master
