Rebecca Dennis is the UK's leading breath coach and workshop leader, and is the founder of www.breathingtree.co.uk. She studied cutting edge breath technique Transformational Breath with founder Judith Kravitz in Mexico and Miami and with other influential trainers from around the world. She is featured in Tatler, Elle, the Telegraph, Grazia, Psychologies, The Times and on BBC Radio.

Rebecca specialises in treating issues such as stress, anxiety, addiction, abuse, depression, ME, respiratory problems, trauma, sleeping and focus issues, lack of energy, physical problems and low self esteem. Her journey began with a deep knowledge of bodywork, physiology and a wealth of life experience. She lived with depression for 20 years before discovering the healing power of breathwork.
