This is a very well written, easy to understand, and engaging book that is very accessible to any one. From this book I have become an open Classical T-CUPP Arminian. T= Total Depravity. C= Conditional Election. U= Unlimited Atonement. P= Prevenient Grace. P= Perseverance of God. Many of the "Myths" or misrepresentations of Arminianism are explained and compaired to Arminius' own writings as well as many other theologians who hold to the Classical, Reformed, and yes even Evangelical Arminianism. Well done and my personal thanks to the author.

A very well thought out book that could help both sides understand one another
About the author
Roger E. Olson (PhD, Rice University) is professor of theology at George W. Truett Theological Seminary of Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He is the author of The Story of Christian Theology: Twenty Centuries of Tradition Reform, The Mosaic of Christian Belief: Twenty Centuries of Unity Diversityand The Westminster Handbook to Evangelical Theology. He is also coauthor of 20th-Century Theology: God the World in a Transitional Age and Who Needs Theology? An Invitation to the Study of God (both with Stanley J. Grenz), and of The Trinity (with Christopher A. Hall).
