Konrad Lewinski
I read a lot of books about doctors, hospitals, ambulance work, and terminally ill patients. The reason is simple, I like to read about real people stories. Unfortunately, in this book, there are very few of them. The author concentrated more on telling us how ICU works, what he thinks should be improved, and what policies there are in place. Very few stories about patients and their fate. To me, it wasn't what I was looking for, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
