A great book for laying out the details of how to organize and operate inside a business. Sometimes a few things seem overly simplified (like his approach to people) but that's part of the beauty in that there's clarity in simplification. It does feel a little bit like you're being sold to with focus being so strong on his one system. Nothing super inspirational, just good business information.

The thoughts shared in this book would work well for a 10 people plus business. However my business runs with less people so not all ideas are able to be implemented. I did get some good ideas that are already working in my business

Simplicity is nice and reading this book was easy and understandable. It takes great leadership to follow he guidelines listed, but the message and goals are quite clear.
