The entire series was a hood fantasy romance novel that was very predictable. I read this with my gf and I guessed nearly everything that was going to happen. There were a few cool twists but overall completely lacked creativity especially with that "happily ever after" ending. I felt like Mia was tired of writing the book and just raced the ending to finish it. Highly doubt I'd be reading another one of Mia Black's books. Btw if u wanna see who Trent and his driver turn out to be just watch Power 😅😂😂😂

I agree on jayla not being told about his daughter. The fact the got away with murder kinda ducked and even if Darius was a cheater I liked him. I read what lead to the cheating but we were not aware on what caused the bad moods with his wife. Alot was left out. But not bad after all just did not like the ending

I would have loved this book if it would have been a full book not just series I didn't like the idea of paying $3.18 per series 14 price would have been just fine but the story was awesome really enjoyed it. Didn't like the way it ended it didn't say the end I was looking for the ending series.
