Story is too long, writing becomes too explanatory at times. There is too much happening throughout the book that is not necessary for the story. Could be edited doen to half the size for a much better story.

I wasn't sure I was really enjoying this read BUT I read it steadily for 5 days. It certainly kept me interested and though it was a bit 'pat' in areas, in the end it is worth the 4* review

Overall, I enjoyed the books; however the sometimes stilted language took away some of pleasure of reading them. Also, one event toward the end of the last book was not a logical action for the characters to take. There was lots of action and overall the book kept my attention.
