But as their relationship progresses and Tank works himself deeper into her heart, can they take the hardships of serving their country in stride and make it work?

Once again, Ms Dawson demonstrate her talent as a write with this fourth book of her SEAL Team Alpha series. This one gives us Tank Hunt and Alyssa St James. Tank is a Navy SEAL whose personal losses have affected him emotionally and psycholoically. He is a take charge kind of guy, as well as a dedicated warrior. Alyssa is a veterinarian, Army Reserve, and a woman with walls around her heart after being hurt by an ex-husband. Though neither wants involvements of any kind , Alyssa feels she needs to help Tank, not only find a new dog/partner, but also to find himself. A heartbreaking and heartwarming story that is sure to stay in your heart. Kudos to the author in reminding us that not only the men and women fighting for our country need to be honored, and thanked for their dedication, and service but also, their families. Those left behind have to deal with many hardships. Another winning story by Ms Dawson. I was gifted a copy of this book, The opinions expressed are solely my own.

I really loved this book. It was so thrilling that I couldn't put it down. Great reading. I have recommended this book to my friends.
About the author
Zoe Dawson is the alter ego of Karen Anders, award winning, multi-published author. Her writing journey started with poetry and branched out into fiction. With a couple of college English courses under her belt, she penned a historical, then moved onto contemporary romance fiction. Today, she is happy producing romantic suspense, romantic mystery, and paranormal novels. The words feed her soul and the happily ever afters feed her heart.
