Incredible well-written read with spot on character interaction and vivid scene descriptions that leave you breathless. Meshing reality and fantasy make this an intriguing read. Back stories give the reader insight into the character’s personas. The author does a fabulous job making you feel the emotions and passion between Mason and Jules. Soul-stirring poetry begins each chapter. I crave to learn how Mason and Jules reach their happy forever.

Book 1 in the You are Mine duet and wow what a start to the duet. I never had the pleasure of reading this story when it was previously released as Imperfect so for me this is a completely new story and I loved it. This story pulled me in from page 1. Once I started, I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry and attraction between Mason and Julia was so instant and intense. You were able to feel it as they were feeling it. Every emotion they felt, you felt. That is how real Willow has made these characters. I love stories like that. Stories that make you feel involved and lost in a good way while you are reading them. I can’t wait for book 2. Highly recommend this story.

It had me sitting on edge of my seat from the very beginning. I kept wondering what BIG SECRET Mason was keeping that could destroy the lives of many. Broken hearted and carrying a secret that could destroy many lives, Mason shelters himself, focusing on his work and keeping a distance from his father's clutches. Julia Summers is a good girl that has been born into wealth and has lived a very rich life. Marrying her high school sweetheart was a given, but becoming a widow at such a young age was not. Now morning the loss of her husband for almost a year, she is ready to once again live her life. Finally finding the strength to put herself out there, she joins old friends for a night of drinks and laughs.
