About the author

Dr. Zou, Xiaolong is Associate Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs in Jilin University and is also Researcher at the Institute of National Development and Security Studies at the same university. He obtained his Ph.D. in Asia-Pacific Studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan. His research interests include public policy (urban sustainability and renewables), global energy and climate governance, environmental politics, etc.
