World of Warcraft: Illidan

The book is great, there is no there way to put it, anyone who likes the lore of WoW are inexorably led to read it. It contains all the major characters, keeps all the lines that were mentioned in game the same and explains first of all WHY illidan was 'Evil' for an expansion and in general is very well written and those dam 9 steps (Loved it). Only warning: Although not as graphic as other books alot of detailed gore is mentioned, basically not for the easily- screamish.

(Minor and probably major spoiler ahead) this book contains descriptions about Black Temple raid. I once fought Illidan in the raid, it's great that I can see this raid from a different point of view, this book also enriched the lore about Illidan's reign, answering some questions here and there while keep some big plots overshadowed, really hope the xpac will do this book justice and do great job on following it up, unlike warlords of draenor where they gave garrosh 2 min screen time before he's fried

A fantastic book giving a perspective of Outland and Illidan that can't be appreciated by playing the game or reading a snapshot of character history. I found myself easily engrossed and am trying to am now looking to find the next book to follow up this masterpiece.
