New adventures from the tv series. Similar but different characters. More comic bookish adventures. Less stress drama suspense than tv show. More marvel universe references wet nice. No real bad guy weirdly. Just Jessica doing her pi job. Setting a scene for us I suspect.

This definitely is not your typical super hero book by any means. I've seen in other reviews where people refer to her as "washed up" & I wouldn't necessarily say that's true. I don't think she ever really saw herself as a super hero & that's relatable. We all have times when we doubt ourselves. Anyways, she's a P.I. who solves cases in a world where the Avengers, Fantastic Four, etc exist amongst her. She drink, smokes, swears, but most importantly gets the job done. I recommend it.
