About the author

Luan Vardari is an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Faculty of Economics at the University “UKSHIN HOTI” Prizren. Also, he is Vice Dean of faculty of Economics at the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren. He received his master’s degree (MA) in Finance (Balkan Countries Stock Markets) in 2012 from Trakya University and finished his Ph.D. in Business Administration at Trakya University in 2019. He teaches finance courses at graduate and undergraduate levels. His research interests include financial markets and institutions, portfolio optimizations, and international finance. Vardari is the founder and editor-in-chief of Prizren Social Science Journal. Editor in book chapters and articles in national and international journals.

Isuf Qabrati is an accomplished Albanian economist and academic currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at the South East European University (SEEU), Faculty of Business and Economics. With a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren, he has showcased his expertise through a thesis on the “Financial Debt and Financial Performance of Limited Liability Companies in Kosovo.” As an Assistant at the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren, Faculty of Economics, he imparts knowledge across various courses. Isuf's professional journey includes roles as an Accountant, Lecturer, and Trainer in diverse institutions. Holding certifications as a Certified Accountant and Accounting Technician from the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo (SCAAK), Isuf has contributed to research papers in scientific journals and conferences. His dedication to academia is complemented by technical skills in time management, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and QuickBooks. Fluent in Albanian, English, and with a foundation in German and Turkish, Isuf Qabrati is a member of SCAAK since 2018 and has received scholarships during both his bachelor and master studies.
