In this addition to the Scarred Hearts series, we get Ted’s story. He owns Endicott Security Company, one of the world’s premier cybersecurity companies. Abby Marlow is hired, despite Ted’s attraction to her. Greg, the lead programmer, is Abby’s guide. Ted has difficulty hearing, especially if he can’t read a person’s lips. When Ted thinks Abby is laughing at him, he’s not happy. Was she? You’ll have to read this book and find out, plus the other misunderstandings between them. There’s also some criminal activity in this story. If you enjoy reading about a group of guys that have real life challenges, you will want to read this series and see what happens..
