Acerca do autor

Natasha is a young woman who personally experienced mental health issues and the system put in place for help. She spent two years in intensive therapy and months on the psychiatric ward. In this time she learned many coping mechanisms and strategies. 


Once released from hospital care she realized there was needed awareness and recognition. Natasha chose to release a novel about her own person experiences in hopes to help others find their way as she has. She also chose to begin a business to gather and support more resources for the mental health community. Natasha chose to take this expereince and use it to reach and help others.
