I went into this expecting one thing and I turned into something totally different. For its length, there is a lot here. As with other Star Trek efforts from James Swallow, it has a nice twist and some neat little action sequences.

This was more of an episode than a full novel, great filler while you're between TNG novels.

This was a nice short story, enough action to keep me reading. Would have nicer if it was a bit longer.
