Email download publications suck!! Only hard and soft cover are worth Purchasing!.....desired for Future reference, near future or years later! The internet is letting us down, stealing our information and lives,in the 21st century!!

I have not read this book, only skimmed through it. Unfortunately google will not allow me to go back through the book even though I had purchased it.
