I enjoyed this new "Wildfire Ridge" story. It's a sweet best friends to so much more story. I really like the characters and the plot is interesting. Jo and Hud were high school sweethearts until they took a break. Unfortunately, the break took an unexpected turn that forever changed their lives. The two remained friends and there friendship continued to grow. Neither finding a lasting relationship. However, when Jo gets jilted at the alter Hudson is there. This is a touching heartfelt story.

We are back with the Wildfire Ridge series, and this time it’s Joanne Brant and Hud/Hudson Decker who get their story. Jo and Hud have a history dating back 16 years ago when they were 16 . They lost their virginity to each other but when Jo wants a serious relationship, Hud runs the other way. Not realizing that their lives would change forever when she became a teenage mom after a night with someone else. But they have remained best friends and it’s Hud whom she chose to give her away at the wedding she’s diligently planned. But what happens when the groom gets cold feet? Will Jo and Hud finally realize that they are right for each other and that NOW is the right moment for them? Or will fears of commitment from one, and fears of abandonment from the other keep them from finding their HEA? This is another sweet , though at times heartbreaking story, in this entertaining series. I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

The Right Moment is the third book in the Wildfire Ridge series and is an enjoyable second chance romance. I loved this story and found the characters to be likable, relatable, and well developed. The storyline is well written and enjoyable, with childhood sweethearts, teenage pregnancy, drama, family, friends, forgiveness, and a second chance for romance. I read and reviewed this book with no obligation.
