As she struggles to fully become her own woman within the whirlwind of the Manhattan art scene, Claire knows that the character she has created will only be able to come to life when she acknowledges her difficult past.

Nancy Linde has been a filmmaker, poet, and teacher of creative writing. She is a native New Yorker and lives on Staten Island, where she has taught at the College of Staten Island since 1972.
