The magician policeman Costos is faced with a riddle: Why would anyone want to kill the psionic Berrow? Suddenly the companions unexpectedly find themselves in front of a gigantic gorge that blocks their way to their destination. You would expect this to be no problem for a group of wizards - but the Companions don't notice the red danger lurking in the bushes directly on the other side...

Marc Baco, born in 1970, was one of the pioneers of fantasy role playing in the Rhine-Neckar area, which was introduced there by US-American G.I.s. As an experienced fantasy role-playing director, he masterfully combines fantasy elements with spiritual themes in his books.
