CAROL LYNCH WILLIAMS, who lives in Provo, Utah, was awarded the prestigious PEN/Phyllis Naylor Working Writer Fellowship. Her novel The Chosen One won the Whitney and the Association of Mormon Letters Awards for the best YA novel of the year.
