This pocket-sized paperback is one of the thirty titles published for 2019 Hong Kong International Poetry Nights. The theme of IPHHK2019 is "Speech and Silence". From 19–24 November 2019, 30 invited poets from various countries gathered in Hong Kong to read their works based on the theme "peech and Silence." Included in the anthology and box set, these unique works are presented with Chinese and English translations in bilingual or trilingual formats. Louise Dupre (Canada) is writer and literary critic who was born in the province of Quebec and lives in Montreal. She has published more than twenty books, including twelve collections of poetry, which received many awards. Both Plus haut que les flammes (Beyond the Flames) and La main hantee (The Haunted Hand) won the prestigious Governor General's Award for poetry. Dupr? is member of the Academy of Letters of Quebec and of the Royal Society of Canada. In December 2014, she was appointed to the Order of Canada for her contributions to Quebec literature as a poet, novelist, playwright, essayist, and professor.
