Excellent read! Many people have many different things that they enjoy to do to find peace and happiness but we could all use some quiet time to allow our brains to catch up and stop the chaotic madness that so many of us have going on in our heads at a constant rate! Great piece, enjoyed every bit of it!

Fabulous read! Bought hard copy from grocery store $13.99. Great price value here on google play for $7.99. Well worth the investment to yourself and life. Mindfulness brings focus and new insight to be in the present. Experience a new you and enjoy true happiness.
