Acerca deste livro eletrónico

Acclaimed artist Darick Robertson (The Boys, HAPPY!) joins writers Eric Peterson and Joe Aubrey to bring you the tale of the galaxy’s most dangerous employers: The IPS! In the future, unemployment and job dissatisfaction are sky-high. When you've got nothing left to lose, you join the Intergalactic Postal Service (IPS). Its postal fees are steep—and they go only to whomever ultimately fulfills the delivery, making every run a comically violent free-for-all between the most ruthless mercenaries in the cosmos! The interplanetary ensemble cast of Space Bastards, under the volatile leadership of Postmaster General Roy Sharpton, are constantly at each other’s throats trying to settle scores and earn big money. But when a rival corporation's teleportation technology threatens to make their role in the galaxy obsolete, the Bastards must work together to preserve a job they've come to love.

Acerca do autor

Joe Aubrey is a board-certified psychiatrist and co-writer/co-creator of Space Bastards. He spends most of the day seeing patients and the rest of his time thinking of new ways to kill futuristic postal carriers. He and his wife live in Arizona with a tremendous collection of alcohol and two increasingly entitled children. His greatest success thus far is successfully concealing his true self from close friends and family by utilizing a bland combination of negative emotions and sarcasm. If reincarnation is possible, he'd like to come back as someone with a more interesting bio.

Eric Peterson is a comic book writer living out of the dusty mountains of Ahwatukee near Phoenix, Arizona. He is the co-creator of Space Bastards, which he considers his third child (the other two being actual breathing human children). Eric grew up making movies in his backyard. Space Bastards is what happens when a person does that for many years and then thinks, "What is the one comic we could create that surely would just be too uncanny for people to grasp or love?" Eric Peterson currently spends his time coming to terms with an audience actually grasping Space Bastards.

While still a student, Bisley did a painting of a robot holding a baby that a friend passed to Pat Mills, and inspired him to relaunch the ABC Warriors strip, with Bisley as artist, in 1987. Bisley himself would soon influence a whole generation of artists for comics, illustration, games, and film.
