I just finished the whole series, but now I'm already missing Fletcher, Ignatius and friends. I must admit the concepts weren't that original (you can sense a lot of WoW and LoL vibe from it) BUT I find the way it mixes with the mechanics of the universe--from the summoning arts to the interaction between races--original and intriguing. You see plot cliches, but hey it's not that bad. I think Matharu wrote an open-ended conclusion. I actually want to know more about the stuff highlighted in the series--who erected that temple in the ether, who created the prophecy, was the prophecy really done, what exactly is stated in the propechy anyway, will inter-racial relationship soon allow marriage, what about Swazulu, how are the orcs treated in other places, how do the orcs treat humans in other places, what really is the ether, etc... There are several questions left unanswered, but nonetheless this last book is a great conclusion for the war between Hominum and the orcs down south, with the narration heavily written in Fletcher's perspective. As for other aspects of the universe (the questions I raised above), I would like to read more about those. I hope Matharu begins another series to answer those questions.

Hello? I remember pre-ordering this book? Now that it's out it disappeared
from my library? Did my money just go to waste? I'm lodging a complaint if
there is no reply to this message.
