Unbeknown to her, Beauty is rescued by the Beast in this enjoyable romance as Isabelle is kidnapped by the rakish Bode without him realizing that he is in fact saving her from a fate that is worse than death. I have enjoyed all the novels in this series, with the Lords of Temptation weaving in and out of one another's lives. Isabelle quickly comes to the conclusion that despite his scarred appearance, Bode is in fact a generous and protective hero.
