Beau Heidy has been a well-respected personal trainer in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area for over nineteen years. He adopted Sydney in 2002 when she was ten months old, and from that day, Sydney was his constant companion. Every work day for over ten years Sydney followed Beau out the front door to accompany him to the homes of the clients he trained. Sadly, Sydney passed away in February 2012, but her spirit lives on in Beau's series of books. She will not be forgotten.
