Ishani Chakrabartty is working as a medical writer at Indegene Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru, India. She has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Biology, School of Biological Sciences, University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM), Meghalaya, India. She earned her PhD from the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Guwahati, India. She is a regular columnist in The Assam Tribune.

Saravanan Muthupandian is currently working as a Professor and Group Leader of the AMR and Nanomedicine Laboratory, Department of Pharmacology, SIMATS, Saveetha University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and Prince Fahad bin Sultan Chair for Biomedical Research, University of Tabuk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
