Kazzon's Human Bride: A Sci-Fi Alien Romance

This story is about Caylee who changed places with Julia, her look-a-like from the previous book "Varro's Human Bride" and what happens when she's caught. Six months later Ambassador Kazzon is visiting New Leeburg on a diplomatic mission. Kazzon has a gift that he can see when people lie to him so when the Leaders invite him to attend a reception on his honor, he reluctantly agrees. While the Leaders of New Leeburg give him a tour, he spots Caylee and is drawn to her. Later that night after the reception walking to his ship Kazzon meets Caylee who is walking home and questions her. Kazzon knows she's lying to him. In the end Kazzon gives Caylee a ultimatum. What happens afterwards in this story is a enjoyable story I volunteer to read and review.

I laughed thru part of this book. I needed a fan and a cold drink for some of this book. And the rest I just enjoyed. Join me in reading this series of books. I received a free copy of this book(ARC) via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is a fantastic, well-written post- apocalyptic Sci-Fi romance that takes the reader on an amazing journey. The plot is extremely interesting with splendid scene descriptions & covers an alien society with a strong patriarchy outlook where females are submissive and obey their male mates. The characters (a human female, Caylee) & (a male Tarrkuan Embassador, Kazzon) are individually quite unique & both of them are quite determination to succeed with their far-reaching plans & goals. It is about: a young woman (Caylee) desperate to escape an arranged marriage changes places with another woman (Julie) but Caylee is later discovered by a Tarrkuan Embassador (Kazzon aka Xerr) naturally things don’t go according to her plans & she is promptly claimed by Kazzon. There is: humans, Tarrkuan aliens, outcast Xollnaxians aliens, intrigue, drama, secrets, family issues, loneliness, deceit, manipulations, distrust, discovery, desperation, fear, defiance, discipline, spankings, humiliation, emotional turmoil, memories, misunderstandings, jealousy, complications, heartache, danger, threats, enemies, conflict, violence, realization, love, contentment & a well-deserved happy conclusion.
