I liked the delivery, not too preachy and in many ways, earnest. There were good anecdotes throughout and the pace of viewpoints articulated was just right to me. After reading this book, I identified many areas in the past where I could have done better in my work. I hope to harness this hindsight to help in my quest to be a more down-to-earth person in my workplace.

Well researched and well written, Simon offers valuable insights into the dynamics that make good teams backed by great culture; whilst tying it all back to our fundamental biology and anthropology. Great read!
