He has produced a very informative book about crystals, the energies of the body and what the different chakras are responsible for. He also talked about the importance of cleansing your crystals, and how to go about doing it. The information is well written and to the point. I definitely learned a few things I didn't know before picking this book up, and don't regret the purchase. So if you are interested in crystals, and how they interact with your body, this is a great book to start with

I just recently started gathering a nice collection of stones and crystals. I started with the black tourmaline and it has become an obsession from there. As my collection grows you kind of forget what each stone is helpful for and how you can combine them with others. This is a very straightforward go to and its great for a quick reference. I would recommended this to anyone who is starting out and wanting to learn the basics. Of course this opens up Pandora's box and I'm so eager to learn more :) Happy meditating!

It’s been a few months since I have purchased this book, and I have beat it up reading it every day! I suffer from bipolar disorder and depression so with changing mood swings all the time this book has proved invaluable to me. I take it almost everywhere with me. Will be buying a new copy, and then maybe another one just for a backup.
