Bait And Switch - I will admit that I always look forward to reading any book written by S. E. Law, the stories have heart and the characters have sheer determination to overcome the norm and carve out a path of their own making. This book truly hits the spot if you’re willing to broaden your mind, as it is well written and hot as hell. I found it difficult to put it down once I started and truly appreciated the added epilogue detailing their lives five years later. I received an advanced copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is part of the City Girls Series but is read as a standalone. A forbidden taboo romance between a young girl and her boyfriend /ex boyfriend's dad. She was an eighteen year old graduating senior whose main goal in life was to be a mother. She was hurt when her boyfriend Jasper cheated on her. That led her to a relationship with his forty-five year old father. Steamy and forbidden but their chemistry was off the charts. As you can imagine plenty of drama with the ex. But it was really a sweet love story that shows age is really just a number and love shows no boundaries. The characters were interesting but pretty one dimensional. The story was a quick and easy read with a happy ending and no cliffhanger. I read an advance copy via the author and voluntarily chose to review it.
