Accumulating knowledge is fine, but applying it in real life situation is desirable. Not everyone is able to sell effectively due to various reasons. The first and foremost reason is that the salesperson often forgets that it is the customer who rules. The products are made for the customer and not for self-consumption. The positive attitude of the salesperson and proper understanding of the customer requirement goes a long way to create a win-win situation.
