'It's a rugged world. Good stuff and bad stuff happen every day. Faith can strengthen us to hold strong in the hard times, but hard times are part of the equation.' Ruth Logan Herne writes with so much heart in her books. I love curling up with one because I know I am about to be blessed. And just like that, I was again with this third offering in her Kendrick Creek series. And let me tell you, Herne writes the best kid characters ever! This book shows us that bad things happen, but God is ready to keep us steady during those hard times which test our limits. Faith holds us together and these characters learn that here. This one was a great addition to the series, and I sure hope there will be more. My thanks to the author for a copy of this book. I was not expected to leave a positive review.
