This is such a great plan for someone who wants to change the way you eat and live. It isn't about the fast 10 pounds in 10 day, which happens. However, it is about a lifestyle change. My wife and I continue to use the recipes well after the 30 days for our daily meals and we love them. So much so that many of our colleagues have joined with us and purchased this book. I have lost 22 pounds in less than 60 days and my wife has lost 16lbs. In addition, we have not been hungry. The meals and smoothies are filling and delicious. We live outside the USA and some of the ingredients are difficult to find but we substitute them with other fruits and vegetables that are local to us and we got the same results. Buy this book and never look back. Just remember, there are no set rules. Do what is right for you. If you want to go full board and cut out all the nasties then do it. If you want to cut some then do it. Change the way you look at food and read the book. Eat the Negative Way and live Positive.
