With a vision to help youth to achieve their dreams, “The Prakalp Publication” is community started for youth empowerment and skill development. It is an initiative to unite the youth for a better change and unearthed their inner creativity. To do the best, you need to be confident. So, we are working for self-motivation and making them confident for their talent. Its motto is to uplift the talent and respect each one of them in the better way they deserve. As we know, art of living lies in art of giving. Similarly, it’s a platform to respect each one’s talent and skill and promote them. It is monitored by a team of youth to develop and share our skills to make youth skillful and to bring a social awareness for each activity. It is aimed to promote youth in their better plans for betterment of skills so, time to time in our community we are working to analyze and unearthed the hidden talent of youths. From all in our works “Reflection” is also one of them which are a compilation of different write-ups submitted by 30 writers which is compiled and Edited by Kiran Baghari & Sonam Rana.

Kiran Baghari is basically from Uttrakhand Bageshwar, but from last three years she is working in kotak mahindra cards department, she did her graduation from Hnb University of uttrakhand now she is pursuing masters in zoology. She love writing that’s why she have compile - eight anthologies by self, like deep silence, the grace of social roots are main. And infuture she wants to become social writer

Sonam Rana is from city of love Dehradun and State of Devotion Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. She is a post graduate (Geology).She loves to reflect her inner soul through poetry, she loves writing songs and poems.
