Along with the minimal background on the relativity theory and the theory of electromagnetic fields presented here, it forms the basis for most of Physical Chemistry techniques such as as spectroscopy, X ray crystallography, light and neutron scattering, nuclear magnetic resonance methods, chromatography, electrochemistry, atmospheric and solutions chemistry, and studies of polymers, liquid crystals, as well as of biologically important molecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, viruses and cells biochemistry, to mention just a few.
