The concept of a computer operating on the quantum level is unquestionably one of the most fascinating new breakthroughs at the leading edge of the computer industry and even of the scientific community as a whole. It has a really alluring sound to it, and it gives off the impression that good things are about to happen. Before we start going into the theories and principles of quantum computing, not to mention its mystery and the prospective uses of this technology, there are a few obvious and basic issues that need to be answered. These questions need to be posed. Why even consider the potential of quantum computing in the first place? There does not seem to be any hint of an impending change in the trajectory of this trend, which means that the development of conventional computers is still making substantial advance. In addition to this, the creation of quantum computers seems to be beset by a great deal of uncertainty and will almost likely result in enormous expenditures. This is true in each and every respect. In spite of this, there are at least four very good reasons to look into quantum computing in as much detail as is physically possible. The studys of quantum computing has a number of challenging obstacles. A issue that is not only exceedingly fundamental but also highly organic. In point of fact, the current level of our understanding indicates that the fundamental property of the physical world that we occupy is that of quantum mechanics. Each and every computer is a tangible piece of equipment, and each and every computation that is carried out is a physical operation. The investigation of the potentials, laws, and restrictions of quantum physics is thus a fundamental job, as well as our obligation, in order to carry out information processing and transmission. Even though this is something that is only rarely brought up in a clear manner, all conventional computers and models of computers, which are built on traditional physics; as a consequence, they are not entirely applicable. This is despite the fact that this is something that is only rarely brought up in a clear manner.

Ismail Keshta received his B.Sc. and the M.Sc. degrees in computer engineering and his Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, in 2009, 2011, and 2016, respectively. He was a lecturer in the Computer Engineering Department of KFUPM from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, in 2011, he was a lecturer in Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is currently an assistant professor in the computer science and information systems department of AlMaarefa University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abhishek Agarwal, Professor Abhishek Agarwal (working at Vermont State University, USA) is a well-experienced chartered engineer and higher education professional embedded with an interdisciplinary background to induct modern technologies in engineering Technology. He obtained B. Tech., M. Tech., PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. in Marketing Management. As a published researcher, he has authored or co-authored four books, five Patents and over 80 publications in peer-reviewed journals and at international conferences.

Dr. Vandana Rathore has a brilliant Academic carrier. She did her UG from Summer Hill University, Shimla (H.P.) and was awarded Gold Medal by Vikram University, Ujjain for obtaining top position in the university in M.Sc, Physics. She completed her Ph.D., in Positron studies of Nanocrystalline Materials and Polymers from Vikram University, Ujjain (M.P.). Dr. Rathore has been Awarded as Young Scientists in Physics by 17th M.P. Young Scientists Congress by M. P. Council and Science and Technology, Bhopal and Young Scientists Award in Physics by 90th Indian Science Congress for her research contribution in the field of PAS & Nanocrystalline materials. Having taught for the undergraduate and post graduate courses at the premier institutions for more than 22 years she is consistently involved in high-quality research work in the field of Nanocrystalline materials, Thin Films, Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors and Positron Annihilation Spectroscopy. Dr. Rathore has significant number of research publications on various issues in reputed International and National journals, into his credit. She is continuously guiding Ph.D/M.Phil/M.Tech students. Chairing Sessions in International/National Conferences/Workshops and organizing various Scientific/Technical events is also in her credit. She is also acting as Observer for the various reputed National examinations conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). She is reputed member of International Physics association (IPA) and ISCA (Indian Science Congress association). She has worked and completed 04 research projects funded by various Government organizations mainly SERB-DST, UGC-DAE CSR, M.P. Council of Science & Technology & major area of research includes condensed matter physics, Thin films, Nanomaterials & Quantum Physics.
