About the author

Purvi Pokhariyal is the Campus Director at the National Forensic Sciences University of the Delhi Campus. She is the Director of Academics, Research, and Consultancy at the National Forensic Sciences University and is the founding Dean of the School of Law, Forensic Justice, and Policy Studies along with being the Dean of the School of Forensic Psychology. Prof. Pokhariyal has more than 25 years of academic and industry experience in the field of law and justice administration.

Archana Patel is an Assistant Professor at the National Forensic Sciences University, Delhi, India. She completed her Postdoc at the Freie Universität Berlin, Berlin, Germany. Dr. Patel has previously worked as a full-time faculty member at the School of Computing and Information Technology, Eastern International University, Province, Vietnam. Dr. Patel filed a patent titled “Method and System for Creating Ontology of Knowledge Units in A Computing Environment” in Nov 2019 and received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Applications and a PG degree both from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra, India in 2020 and 2016 respectively.

Dr. Shubham Pandey is Lecturer of Law, at the School of Law, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies under National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) Gandhinagar. Dr. Shubham holds a PhD from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT) in the area of law, technology and public policy. He has done his LLM from IIT Kharagpur and BA.LLB(Hons.) from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. His numerous woks have been published in various journal of national and international repute and he has 15 publications to his name. He has participated in various National and International Conferences to present his works on various fields of Law, Technology and Public Policy. He is an avid researcher and teaches Cyber Law, Information Technology Law and laws related to Data Protection and good governance.
