This book put two of my favorite tropes together not only did I get a good single dad romance it was part of one of my favorite hockey series. I really enjoyed Aaron and Savannah's book these two are friends and neighbours both have feelings for each other and would like there to be more but when his ex-wife dies he is now trying to raise his two daughters on his own and is finding it a struggle. This was a great addition to the series.

Aaron has had it rough of late he is now raising his 2 girls after their mother was killed in a car accident and he is tying to juggle them along with his career as a semi pro player so adding a great looking gal next door is not on his list of things to do. Savannah has what she believes is everything she wants or needs and that excludes a partner especially one with a ready made family of 1 sweet young daughter and 1 snarly teenager. Alas for both of them they can't stop attraction and they can't help be drawn to each other which leads to many a high and low along with some great laughs and self reflection, overall a great read! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

When Aaron became full carer of his daughters after the death of his ex wife life was a struggle have to move the girls from where they lived with their mother to his home and a new school it was hard for eldest brooklyn as she was a teen and still grieving the lost of her mum, but savannah there the next door neighbour was there to help them all and bring back there life I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
